Our Journey
Nutritional Kitchen Training was founded on a simple belief: that understanding how to prepare wholesome, plant-based meals is a skill everyone should possess. We recognized a gap in accessible, practical culinary education that bridges scientific nutrition knowledge with everyday cooking reality.
Our platform emerged from years of working with home cooks, food writers, and culinary educators across Hungary and beyond.
